The short version

This summary helps you read these terms. If it differs from the numbered clauses, the clauses apply.

1. About these terms

1.1 The agreement. These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Program Terms”) are an agreement between you and Genesis Vanguard Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as DreamWild Labs, about the DreamWild Affiliate Program (the “Program”).

1.2 Acceptance. You accept the Program Terms by ticking the box when you join the Program. We record the version you accepted and when you accepted it.

1.3 Our other terms. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to you as a DreamWild account holder:

1.4 Which terms win. The Program Terms prevail over the Terms of Service on the matters they deal with: the Program, your Link, Commission, payouts and how you promote DreamWild. For everything else, including your own subscription and credits, the Terms of Service apply. Mandatory law always prevails.

1.5 Rights these terms do not remove. Nothing in the Program Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Words with special meanings

2.1 In the Program Terms:

(a) Available Balance means Commission that has passed its Hold Period and is not held, cancelled or clawed back, less any amount you owe us under the Program Terms.

(b) Commission means the amount described in clause 5.1.

(c) Commission Period for a Referred Customer means the 12 months starting on the date of their First Payment.

(d) First Payment means a Referred Customer's first successful payment to us for a paid plan or extra credits after the click that credits them to you under clause 4.1.

(e) Hold Period means the 45 days after the date of each payment by a Referred Customer, or the 120 days after it for a payment made before you have been in the Program for 90 days.

(f) Link means your link in the form dreamwild.ai/s/your-handle, and any other link we give you that carries your handle as its code.

(g) Marks means the DreamWild and DreamWild Labs names, logos, domain names and other branding, and any confusingly similar name, variation or misspelling.

(h) Net Revenue has the meaning in clause 5.3.

(i) Paid Advertising means any advertising or placement you pay for, or arrange in return for anything of value, including search, social, display, native and video ads, boosted or promoted posts, sponsored listings, and paying another person to post your Link.

(j) Promotion means anything you publish, send or say that mentions DreamWild or carries your Link, including posts, videos, streams, descriptions, comments, newsletters, websites and messages.

(k) Qualifying Purchase has the meaning in clause 5.2.

(l) Referred Customer means a customer credited to you under clause 4.1.

(m) “Including”, “for example” and “such as” do not limit what comes before them.

3. Joining

3.1 Who can join. You can join if you are at least 18 and can make a binding contract, you hold a DreamWild account in good standing under our Terms of Service, you are not a person, and are not in a country or region, subject to Australian, United States, United Kingdom or European Union sanctions that prohibit us from dealing with you or paying you, and you are not our employee or contractor, or a member of their household, unless we agree in writing.

3.2 Joining for a business. If you join for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that business.

3.3 Your Link is live straight away. When you accept the Program Terms, we issue your Link at once, with no approval wait and no follower minimum.

3.4 When we may refuse or close a sign-up. We may refuse or close a sign-up, at the time or later, if we reasonably believe the person does not meet clause 3.1, gave false details, already holds an affiliate account, was previously removed from the Program for breach, or joined to refer themselves. Clause 12 applies to any Commission involved.

3.5 One account, accurate details. You may hold one affiliate account. You must give us accurate identity, contact and payout details when we ask for them and keep them current.

3.6 Your handle. Your handle is also the code in your Link. It must not include our Marks or a close variation, rely on discount words such as “promo”, “coupon”, “discount”, “deal” or “free”, impersonate or suggest a connection with another person, brand or channel, or be offensive or infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse a handle that breaks this clause, or change or pause one and then tell you. Clicks already recorded on your old Link still count unless they breach clause 8.

4. Your Link and who gets credit

4.1 How a buyer becomes your Referred Customer. A customer becomes your Referred Customer when all of these are true:

(a) they open your Link;

(b) they make a payment for a paid plan or extra credits within 90 days after that click;

(c) your Link was the last affiliate Link they opened before that payment (the last click wins); and

(d) before that payment, they have never made a successful payment to us. A free account that has never paid counts; a current or former paying customer does not.

4.2 They stay yours. Once a customer is your Referred Customer, they stay yours for their Commission Period. A later click on another affiliate's Link does not move them.

4.3 How we record a click. When someone opens your Link, we record your handle and the time of the click in a first-party cookie on their device or, where they have not yet accepted cookies, in the link's page address. If they create or sign in to a DreamWild account, we may keep that record on their account.

4.4 Clicks that never count. We ignore any click that comes from Paid Advertising without our written approval, from a coupon, cashback, deal or voucher site or browser extension, from a bot, script, forced redirect, hidden frame, cookie stuffing or another automated or deceptive method, or that otherwise breaches clause 8.

4.5 Tracking limits. Tracking can fail for reasons outside our control, for example ad blockers, cleared or refused cookies, private browsing, switching devices or browsers, or in-app browsers. We pay Commission only on referrals our systems record. If you think our systems lost a referral, tell us within 90 days after the payment concerned with the evidence you have. We will check it against our own and our payment processor's records and correct any error we can verify.

4.6 Our records. We calculate Commission from our records of clicks, sign-ups, payments, refunds and chargebacks. Your dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, paid referrals and Commission by status. If you think a record is wrong, tell us and we will check it and correct any error.

5. Commission

5.1 Rate. We pay you Commission of 25% of the Net Revenue from each Qualifying Purchase. We calculate Commission on each payment, in the currency of that payment, rounded down to the smallest unit of that currency.

5.2 Qualifying Purchase. A Qualifying Purchase is a payment that a Referred Customer makes to us during their Commission Period, for their own DreamWild account, for:

(a) a paid plan (Starter, Creator, Pro, Max or any plan we add), including the first payment, renewals and upgrades, whether billed monthly or yearly; or

(b) extra credits bought in addition to a plan.

A Qualifying Purchase does not include a payment made after the Commission Period ends, credits we give without payment, or a payment under a custom, enterprise or separately negotiated agreement.

5.3 Net Revenue. Net Revenue is the amount the Referred Customer pays for a Qualifying Purchase, after any discount applied to it, excluding GST, VAT, sales tax and any other tax included in or charged on the payment, less any amount refunded to the customer and any amount charged back, reversed or disputed through the customer's bank or payment provider. We do not deduct our payment-processing fees.

5.4 No Commission in these cases. No Commission is payable on a payment:

(a) by you, your household, your employer, or a business or account you own, control, manage or pay for (self-referral), including a payment from the same DreamWild account, the same email address, the same payment account or the same card as you;

(b) for a purchase you funded, rewarded or arranged for someone else;

(c) obtained through fraud, a stolen or unauthorised payment method, fake accounts, or a breach of clause 8 or 9; or

(d) from a customer whose click on your Link was made while your Link was paused or suspended.

5.5 Statuses. Commission is “pending” during its Hold Period, “available” once it has passed the Hold Period with no refund, chargeback, open dispute or hold under clause 12, and “paid” once we send it.

5.6 No earnings promise. The Program does not promise any income. What you earn depends on the purchases your audience makes. Figures in our calculator and examples are illustrations, not forecasts.

5.7 No commission for recruiting affiliates. Commission is paid only on purchases by Referred Customers. Nothing is paid for bringing other affiliates into the Program.

5.8 Locked per customer. The Commission rate, Commission Period and Hold Period for a Referred Customer are those in force on the date of their First Payment. A later change applies only to customers whose First Payment is after it takes effect.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and clawback

6.1 Refunded and disputed payments. If a payment we counted is later refunded, charged back, reversed or disputed, in full or in part, for any reason, the Commission on the amount refunded or reversed is cancelled. We never give a refund in order to reduce Commission.

6.2 Clawback after payment. If that Commission was already paid, we take it back by deducting it from Commission that is pending or available.

6.3 If your balance is short. If your balance does not cover the amount within 90 days, or the Program Terms have ended, we may invoice you for the shortfall and you must pay it within 30 days.

6.4 Limit. Clawback covers only the Commission on the amount refunded or reversed. We never take back more than the Commission on it.

6.5 Errors and amounts you owe. We may also deduct from your balance any Commission we paid in error, any overpayment, and any other amount you owe us under the Program Terms. We will tell you what we deducted and why.

7. Payouts

7.1 When we pay. We pay once a month. Each payout covers your Available Balance at the time we prepare that month's payouts, if it is at least US$50 after conversion under clause 7.2. A lower balance rolls into the next month.

7.2 Currency. Commission accrues in the currency of each sale. On payout day we convert it to US dollars at a published reference exchange rate for that day, such as the European Central Bank's euro reference rates, rounding each converted amount down to the cent.

7.3 How we pay. We pay by PayPal, Wise or USDT, to an account or wallet in your name, or in the name of the business that joined, that our payout providers support in your country. We pay USDT at 1 USDT for each US$1. We may add or withdraw a payout method by notice; if we withdraw yours, you can choose another.

7.4 Payout details. Give us your payout method and details when we ask for them. We hold your Available Balance until you do. A payment sent to the details you gave us is treated as paid to you, and we are not responsible for a loss caused by wrong details, including a wrong USDT wallet address or network.

7.5 Fees. Any fee charged to send, receive or convert your payout, including a blockchain network fee for USDT, is deducted from the payout.

7.6 Checks before payment. Before any payout we may verify your identity, that you control the payout account or wallet, and screen for sanctions and fraud. We may hold a payout until a check is complete. A held payout is not lost. We will not pay a person, account or wallet that sanctions law prohibits us from paying.

7.7 Overpayments. If we pay you more than you were owed, you must repay the excess, and we may deduct it from your balance.

8. How you may promote DreamWild

8.1 What is welcome. Organic promotion is welcome: tutorials, reviews, demos, comparisons, newsletters, courses, communities and your own channels, including honest opinions, good and bad.

8.2 What is not allowed. You must not:

(a) use Paid Advertising to promote your Link or DreamWild, or send paid traffic to dreamwild.ai, unless we have approved it in writing;

(b) bid on, buy or use our Marks as keywords, or in ad text, display URLs or destination URLs, on any advertising platform;

(c) register or use a domain name, social handle, app name, business name or ad account that contains our Marks;

(d) create pages, posts, videos or listings designed to capture searches for “DreamWild discount”, “DreamWild coupon”, “DreamWild promo code” or similar;

(e) post your Link on a coupon, cashback, deal or voucher site, a deal aggregator or a coupon browser extension;

(f) send, or cause anyone to send, an email, SMS, instant message or direct message promoting DreamWild to anyone who has not agreed to receive it from you, or without clearly identifying you as the sender and including a working way to unsubscribe;

(g) use bought, rented or harvested contact lists, automated comments, mass mentions or bulk messaging;

(h) say or suggest that anyone will or could earn money, get monetised, or gain views, subscribers or followers by using DreamWild, or state your own or anyone else's earnings or results, unless we gave you that statement in writing for that purpose and you use it with the context we gave you while it is current;

(i) make a claim about DreamWild's features, prices, plans, credits or output that is false, out of date, exaggerated or that you cannot back up, or describe DreamWild as free, a free trial or discounted unless our current published offer says so;

(j) offer or advertise any discount, credit, rebate, cash back, gift or reward for buying through your Link, or pay or reward anyone to sign up or buy;

(k) publish a fake review or testimonial, or your own Promotion presented as an independent customer's review;

(l) pretend to be DreamWild or our staff, present your page or account as official, copy or frame our website, or suggest that we employ, sponsor or endorse you beyond your membership of the Program;

(m) use bots, click farms, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, misleading redirects, typosquatting, adware or any method that credits you for a visit you did not genuinely cause;

(n) buy through your own Link, or have someone buy for you, to earn Commission;

(o) promote DreamWild in content mainly aimed at people under 18, or alongside sexual, hateful, violent, gambling, illegal or infringing material;

(p) post your Link in DreamWild's own channels, comment sections or support threads, or in replies to our posts or ads; or

(q) break the law, including consumer, advertising, privacy, anti-spam and intellectual property laws, or the rules of the platform where you post, including its paid-promotion and AI-content labels.

8.3 What we can do. If you break clause 8.2 or 9, we may ask you to fix or remove the Promotion within 48 hours, pause your Link, hold or cancel Commission under clause 12 and, for a serious breach, end the Program Terms under clause 13.2(d).

8.4 Checking your traffic. Within 7 days after we ask, you must give us the information we reasonably need to check where your traffic comes from, including exports from your ad and analytics accounts.

9. Telling your audience you are paid

9.1 Every time, upfront. You must make it obvious that every Promotion is an advertisement and that you earn Commission, before or at the same time as you first mention DreamWild or your Link.

9.2 The minimum. Use both a label at the start, such as “Ad”, “#ad”, “Advertisement” or the platform's paid-partnership label (or the local-language equivalent where the Promotion is not in English), and a plain statement, for example: “I earn a commission if you buy through my link.”

9.3 Make it easy to notice. In videos and live streams, say it and show it on screen near the start, and repeat it in the description. In written posts, newsletters, websites and link pages, put it above or next to the first link, not only at the end, behind a “more” button, among other hashtags or on your profile page. Turn on the platform's paid-promotion or branded-content setting where there is one.

9.4 Not enough on its own. “Affiliate”, “#aff”, “#sp”, “spon”, “collab”, “partner”, “link in bio” or simply mentioning our name.

9.5 Country rules. You must meet the disclosure rules wherever your audience is, including the Australian Consumer Law and the AANA Code of Ethics enforced by the ACCC and Ad Standards, the United States Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and its rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465), the United Kingdom's CAP Code enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority, and European Union consumer law. Where rules differ, follow the stricter one.

9.6 We will never ask you to hide it. We will never ask you to hide that you are paid. If anyone claiming to act for us asks you to, tell us at support@dreamwild.ai.

10. Guide pages

10.1 Review before publication. If you submit a guide page or other content for DreamWild to publish (“Guide Content”), we decide whether to publish it. We may decline, edit for layout, unpublish or remove Guide Content at any time, and we tell you why when we do.

10.2 Your promises. You promise that you own your Guide Content or hold every permission needed for us to use it, that every identifiable person in it has given any consent the law requires, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights and is not misleading, defamatory or unlawful.

10.3 Licence to us. You keep ownership of your Guide Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to host, copy, format, adapt, publish, display and distribute it on DreamWild, in our emails and on our social channels, and in DreamWild advertising with the disclosure in clause 9 kept, and to let our service providers, related companies and successors do the same. We stop new uses of a page within a reasonable time after you ask us to remove it.

11. Our name and brand

11.1 Licence to use our Marks. While you are in the Program, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our Marks and the materials we supply, unaltered, only to promote DreamWild under the Program Terms.

11.2 What you may call yourself. You may describe yourself as “a DreamWild affiliate”. You must not otherwise suggest that we employ, sponsor, endorse or partner with you.

11.3 Ownership. All goodwill from your use of our Marks belongs to us. We and our licensors keep all rights in DreamWild and the Marks. The licence ends when the Program Terms end or if you breach this clause.

12. Checks, holds and reviews

12.1 Checks. We use automated and manual checks to detect self-referral, fraud, fake traffic, prohibited promotion and payment abuse, including comparing your account with the customers credited to you.

12.2 Holding Commission. If a check flags a payment, a click or your account, we may hold Commission, and any payout to you, while we review it. A hold on its own never reduces Commission. Commission that clears review becomes available in the next month's payouts.

12.3 Before we cancel Commission. Before we cancel Commission under clause 5.4 or take back Commission for a reason other than a refund or chargeback, we will tell you in writing what we found and which Commission is affected, give you 14 days to respond, have a person review your response, and tell you our decision. An automated check alone never cancels Commission.

12.4 Acting first. Where there is clear evidence of fraud, or warning you first would let someone hide it, we may pause your Link and hold Commission straight away, and then follow clause 12.3.

12.5 Scope. We cancel or take back only the Commission on the payments affected by the self-referral, fraud or breach. This does not limit our right to recover loss you cause, which clause 6.5 lets us deduct.

12.6 Suspension. We may pause your Link or payouts if we reasonably believe you have broken the Program Terms, there is fraud or a security risk, your DreamWild account is suspended, or a legal, regulatory or platform requirement applies. We will tell you the reason where we reasonably can and lift the pause once the issue is resolved. A pause lasts no more than 60 days unless a review under clause 12.3 is under way. Clicks during a pause do not count.

13. Ending the agreement

13.1 You may leave at any time by telling us at support@dreamwild.ai.

13.2 When we may end the Program Terms. We may end the Program Terms:

(a) for any reason or no reason, on 30 days' notice;

(b) if your Link has had no clicks for 12 months, on 30 days' notice;

(c) if you breach the Program Terms and do not fix the breach within 7 days after we ask you to;

(d) immediately, if your breach is serious or cannot be fixed, including fraud, self-referral, spam, Paid Advertising or bidding on our Marks without our approval, misleading earnings claims, impersonation or unlawful content; or

(e) automatically, if your DreamWild account is closed.

13.3 Closing the Program. We may close the Program for everyone on 30 days' notice.

13.4 What happens to your Commission.

(a) If the Program Terms end under clause 13.2(a) or 13.3, we pay Commission on Qualifying Purchases by Referred Customers whose First Payment was before the end date, for the rest of their Commission Period, as each passes its Hold Period.

(b) If they end under clause 13.1 or 13.2(b), we pay Commission on Qualifying Purchases made before the end date, as each passes its Hold Period.

(c) If they end under clause 13.2(c), (d) or (e), we cancel Commission on the payments affected by the breach under clause 12, and pay the remaining Commission on Qualifying Purchases made before the end date, less any amount you owe us. We may hold the final payout for up to 120 days after the end date to work out those amounts.

(d) Under paragraphs (a) and (b) we make a final payout once the last Commission becomes available, even if it is below US$50. No Commission accrues on payments made after the end date except under paragraph (a).

(e) Clawback under clause 6 continues for refunds and chargebacks of payments you were paid Commission on.

13.5 After the end. Your Link stops crediting anyone. Within 14 days, stop making new Promotions, stop using our Marks and stop saying you are a DreamWild affiliate, and remove any statement that you earn Commission where you can still edit it. Clauses 2, 5, 6, 7, 8.4, 10.3, 11.3, 12, 13.4, 13.5 and 14 to 21 continue to apply.

14. Changes to these terms

14.1 Reasons for a change. We may change the Program Terms for any of these reasons: a change in law or regulatory guidance; a change by our payment, payout or technology providers or the platforms affiliates use; a change in DreamWild's products, plans or prices; a security, fraud or abuse-prevention need; or a change to the Program's commercial settings, including the Commission rate, Commission Period, attribution window, Hold Period, minimum payout and payout methods.

14.2 Notice. A change that is adverse to you in more than a minor way takes effect 30 days after we email you, or sooner if the law requires it or it is urgently needed for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons. Other changes take effect when we publish them.

14.3 Existing referrals are protected. A change never reduces Commission on a Referred Customer whose First Payment was before the change takes effect (clause 5.8).

14.4 If you do not accept. If you do not accept an adverse change, you may leave before it takes effect, and clause 13.4(b) applies.

15. Liability

15.1 What this clause does not limit. This clause applies only so far as the law allows. It does not limit a mandatory guarantee or remedy, Commission properly owed under the Program Terms, liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or liability the law prohibits limiting.

15.2 No promise of results. The Program, your Link, your dashboard and our tracking are provided as available. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will earn any amount.

15.3 Cap. Each party's total liability to the other for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of US$100 and the Commission paid or payable to you for that period. The cap does not apply to Commission and other amounts owed under clauses 5 to 7, to your obligations under clause 16 where the claim arises from your breach of clause 8 or 9 or from a deliberate breach, to either party's misuse of the other's intellectual property, or to the matters in clause 15.1.

15.4 Indirect loss. Subject to clause 15.1, neither party is liable to the other for loss of profit, revenue, Commission that was never earned, advertising or sponsorship income, audience, goodwill, data or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Each party must take reasonable steps to limit avoidable loss.

15.5 Section 64A. For services that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, and only to the extent section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law permits, our liability for a failure of an applicable service guarantee is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again. This does not apply where you establish that reliance on it is not fair or reasonable in the circumstances.

15.6 Our people. Our directors, officers and employees are not personally liable to you for anything connected with the Program or DreamWild, except for their own fraud or wilful misconduct or a liability the law imposes on them and does not allow to be excluded. You can still claim against us for their conduct. You agree not to bring such a claim against them personally. We hold this clause for their benefit as well as ours.

16. Third-party claims caused by your promotion

16.1 What you cover. You must reimburse us for loss, liability and reasonable costs, including legal costs, the costs of responding to a regulator and amounts paid in a settlement under clause 16.3, that we incur from a claim, complaint, investigation or action by a third party, such as a regulator, platform, rights holder, customer or advertising standards body, to the extent it is caused by your Promotions or Guide Content, your breach of clause 8, 9, 10 or 11, or your breach of a law that applies to your Promotions. This covers a fine or penalty only to the extent the law allows it to be passed on.

16.2 What you do not cover. This does not apply to the extent the claim is caused by our breach, our negligence, or a statement or material we gave you to use and you used as we gave it.

16.3 How claims are handled. We will tell you about the claim within a reasonable time and may control its defence and settlement. We will not settle in a way that requires you to admit fault or pay money without your consent, which you must not unreasonably withhold. We may not recover the same loss twice.

17. Tax

17.1 GST exclusive. Commission amounts do not include GST.

17.2 Affiliates in Australia. Before your first payout you must give us your ABN or, if you promote DreamWild as a private hobby, a signed ATO “Statement by a supplier not quoting an ABN”. If you give us neither, the law requires us to withhold part of each payout and pay it to the ATO. If you are registered for GST and your supply to us is taxable, we add GST to your Commission after you give us a valid tax invoice for it.

17.3 Affiliates outside Australia. Before your first payout you must tell us whether you carry on your promotion activity in Australia, and give us any tax form or information we reasonably request. If what you tell us is wrong and we must pay a tax authority an amount we did not withhold, you must reimburse us, and we may deduct it under clause 6.5.

17.4 Your own taxes. You are responsible for your own income tax, GST, VAT, sales tax and other taxes and charges on Commission, and for reporting them. We may deduct any tax a law requires us to deduct. We do not pay superannuation, insurance, leave or other employment benefits.

18. Privacy

18.1 Our Privacy Policy applies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. To run the Program we also collect and use your handle, payout and tax details, the information you give us under clause 8.4, and your clicks, referrals, Commission and payout records, and we share them with our payout providers, payment processor, identity-verification and hosting providers, and tax authorities where the law requires. Some of them are outside Australia.

18.2 Your Referred Customers' privacy. We never give you the names, email addresses or other personal information of the people you refer. Your dashboard shows only counts and amounts.

18.3 Your own obligations. If you collect personal information from your audience, you do so for your own business, under your own privacy notice and the law, and not on our behalf.

19. Our relationship

19.1 Independent contractor. You are an independent contractor. The Program Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint venture relationship between you and us.

19.2 Paid for results. We pay you for results, not for your time or work. You decide whether, when and how to promote DreamWild, within the Program Terms, and you bear your own costs.

19.3 No authority. You have no authority to make promises or representations for us, or to bind us in any way.

19.4 Not exclusive. The Program is not exclusive. You may promote other products, and we may work with other affiliates, including in your niche or audience.

20. Disputes and governing law

20.1 Talk to us first. Contact support@dreamwild.ai with the details and the outcome you want. Before starting proceedings about a dispute under the Program Terms, each party must raise it with the other in writing and allow 30 days to resolve it. This does not prevent urgent relief, a complaint to a regulator or a step to preserve a limitation period.

20.2 Governing law. The laws of New South Wales, Australia govern the Program Terms. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts hearing appeals from them. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory right to rely on the law of your home country and to bring or defend proceedings where you live.

21. General

21.1 Notices. We may send notices to your account email and show them in your dashboard. An email notice is treated as received when we send it, unless we learn that it was not delivered. Send notices to support@dreamwild.ai or by post to Genesis Vanguard Pty Ltd, 388 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

21.2 Transfer. We may transfer the Program Terms to a related company or to a buyer or successor of all or part of DreamWild, by notice to you. You may not transfer the Program Terms without our written consent.

21.3 Events outside our control. Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside its reasonable control. Commission already owed remains owed.

21.4 Severance and waiver. If a provision cannot lawfully operate, it is ineffective only to that extent. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.

21.5 Whole agreement. The Program Terms, with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Program. This does not limit liability for fraud or a right you have under a law that cannot be excluded.

21.6 Time. Days, dates and times in the Program Terms are Sydney, Australia time.
