Your notice must include the details listed in our Terms under “Copyright and rights complaints”:

If a detail is missing, we will ask you for it before we act. If you are in the European Union, a notice needs only the shorter list in the same section. We review complete notices promptly.

We may remove or disable the material and tell the account holder. We send them a copy of your notice with your name or organisation and email address, never your telephone number or postal address, as our Privacy Policy explains. You may use an agent or lawyer instead. The account holder may send a counter-notice or ask us to review the removal; our Terms explain both, and how we close the accounts of repeat infringers.

If the video is on YouTube or another platform, you can also use that platform's own copyright process. For trade marks, publicity rights or a style name that refers to you, use the same address. If you appear in content made with DreamWild without your permission, email support@dreamwild.ai: we remove it within 48 hours of a valid request and do not tell the account holder who you are without your consent.

A person who knowingly makes a false statement in a notice can be liable for damages.
